1) Do you hold the stock at your premises?
We hold stock of all the drop shipping items but we also manufacture to order any unusual, large orders or special items of interest.

2) Are you a UK based company, with a full address (not just a PO box number) with a UK landline number?
We are a UK based work from home company and have a full UK address (not a po box address, by appointment only for personal callers) and also an Egyptian factory address but because of the nature of the business we don't provide a UK land line but an answer phone service. Email is the main point of contact.

3) Is there a joining fee?
There is no joining fee to our drop ship service.

4) Do you ship to the customers from the UK? Are there any other costs to bear that aren't mentioned?
We both ship from the UK and from Egypt this all depends on the cost effectiveness. We have recently decided to ship some orders from Egypt to test the validity of the service.
There are no costs but for the shipping and the product.

5) Will you send out the goods to customers with only my name on, and keep me informed of the orders progress?
The product will be sent with your name as the sender with no mention of our company.
We will inform you of the orders progress via email.

6) Do you provide a PO Box address for returns, who pays for the return, and who pays for any refunds?

Refunds or returns are to your address, if for any reason a refund is required from us, other then for loss or damage, this will be for the dropship purchase price of the product and not including the shipping costs and will be made within two (2) working days of when the item is in our possession in the same condition as it left our premises. It is up to the person sending the item to pay for shipping, packaging and insurance, we will not be held responsible for any damage/loss caused during return shipping. Refund payments will be made in the same method as they are received i.e. via Paypal. We will only accept refunds within 28 days from the date of first shipping.

7) Do you sell in the market yourself (i.e. will I be competing against you)?
We already sell in Egypt and other countries as our main market, but only from time to time sell for promotion and this will not be the same products as being sold from our drop shipping portfolio.

8) Do you buy straight from the manufacturer?
We are the manufacturer. This is a family business where 1000and1.com has exclusive rights to all sales.
